Job summary

CANPACK Colombia is seeking a Training and Development Coordinator to lead the design and delivery of plant-wide training programs, coordinate mentoring, and manage the Skills Management IT system to support operational excellence.

You will recruit and develop local mentors, implement on-the-job and classroom training, monitor progress, and report outcomes to leadership. Some travel (up to 10%) to other sites or projects may be required.

Qualifications

• University degree in Education, Manufacturing, Adult Learning, Learning & Development, Organizational Development or related fields.
• Health & Safety (Occupational Safety Training).
• Train the trainer training.
• Training in On-the-Job Training methodologies
• Employee may be required to complete additional training as directed by the Company.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training activities to support KPI targets with departments.
• Administer the Skills Management IT system and ensure data accuracy across the plant.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop local mentors and trainers.
• Plan and organize on-the-job and classroom training.
• Monitor training progress, prepare reports, and communicate results to leadership.
• Travel up to 10% to support other sites and projects.
