Job summary

CAMBRO Manufacturing is seeking an Operations Supervisor to manage the packaging line and related areas. You will lead a team, monitor safety, quality, and productivity, and coordinate scheduling, labor, and machine use to meet daily targets.

The role requires strong leadership, English communication skills, and ERP system familiarity (Prism/Intermec/AS400). The position is on-site and offers standard shift coverage with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent mix.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to guide a team.
• Experience with manufacturing ERP systems and production reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, quality and productivity on the packaging line and area.
• Direct and motivate staff; report on KPIs and variances.
• Coordinate labor, machines, and scheduling to meet daily goals.
