Job summary

CANPACK Group in Poland is seeking a Training & Development Specialist to coordinate employee capability programs across manufacturing sites. You will administer the Skills Management system, recruit and develop local mentors, and align training with KPI targets.

This role requires 2–4 years in training in manufacturing, strong facilitation and English language skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Education or related field required.
• 2–4 years in training/learning & development within manufacturing.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as local administrator and key user of the AG% Skills Management system, ensuring data accuracy.
• Recruit, onboard and develop local mentors/trainers and prepare them for mentoring roles.
• Plan, organize and coordinate training activities supporting KPIs across departments.
• Organize and supervise skills assessments, validate proficiency against standards.
• Monitor training progress and report results to stakeholders.
• Promote training initiatives and support implementation of global solutions at plant level.
• Coordinate induction programs and learning plans for new employees.
