Plan and coordinate training activities in a manufacturing environment.
Strong facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills.
Experience delivering on-the-job and classroom training.
Ability to analyze training data and report progress clearly.

Responsibilities

Act as local administrator and key user of the Skills Management IT system.
Recruit, onboard, and develop local mentors (local trainers).
Plan, organize, and coordinate training activities supporting KPIs.
Organize and supervise the employee skills assessment process.
Monitor training plans, prepare reports, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Promote training initiatives through internal channels.
Coordinate induction programs and learning plans for employees.
Maintain training documentation and compliance materials.
Travel up to 10% to support other sites and projects.
