Job summary

Signify in Poland seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead manufacturing initiatives in the Agriculture sector. You will coordinate resources, schedules, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget and to quality standards.

The role requires 5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, with English and Polish fluency. PMP certification is preferred and the position offers growth opportunities within a global lighting leader.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing manufacturing projects, including planning, execution, cost control, risk management and cross‑functional team leadership.
  • Preferred PMP certification or willingness to learn and apply project management methodologies and tools.
  • Fluency in English and Polish is mandatory.

Leads manufacturing projects by coordinating resources and schedules to meet objectives in the Agriculture business sector.

Ensures compliance with quality standards and optimizes processes for efficient project delivery.

This role is responsible for developing and delivering strategic manufacturing projects aligned with business needs.

Responsible for formulating and executing project plans in consultation with stakeholders.

Prepares and executes comprehensive project plans meeting time, cost, and quality targets.

Reports on the progress of the project with an agreed frequency on quality, status, time, and money.

Applies a proven project management approach with a fact-based and data-driven mindset.

Monitors costs of the individual projects.

Manages project team members in their contribution to the project and their individual development.

Manages stakeholders toward the successful delivery of projects.

Manages people resources toward successful delivery of projects.

Has a proactive, forward-looking view on potential project risks and anticipates them to eliminate or minimize their impact.

Collaborates effectively, contributes to best practices sharing throughout projects, and promotes consistent use of appropriate tools and methodology.

Keeps abreast of technical developments in the field through literature, technical contacts, and industry competition.

Develops and manages project plans to ensure timely completion within budget constraints.

Coordinates cross-functional teams to align manufacturing activities with project goals.

Monitors project progress and implements corrective actions to address deviations.

Communicates project status and risks to stakeholders and senior management.

Ensures compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Identifies potential risks and develops mitigation strategies to minimize project impact.

Facilitates continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and recommending enhancements.

More about you

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related technical field, essential for understanding manufacturing processes and project management principles.

Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing manufacturing projects, including planning, execution, cost control, risk management, and cross-functional team leadership within an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Preferred candidates hold a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or an equivalent or demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and develop expertise in project management methodologies and tools essential for successful project delivery.

Fluency in English and Polish is mandatory to ensure effective communication with internal teams and stakeholders.
