Job summary

Signify is seeking a Finished Goods Planner to join our Supply Chain team in Poland. You will ensure product availability, optimize inventory, and drive planning excellence across our international network.

You’ll collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to maintain stock health and support NPI and replenishment strategies. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in supply chain planning, strong Excel and SAP IBP/APO knowledge, and excellent communication skills in English.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, logistics, or similar area.
  • APICS certification or other supply chain certs is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure product availability across the assigned portfolio.
  • Manage inventory replenishment and maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Maintain planning master data and planning parameters.
  • Create and manage intake plans across the planning horizon.
  • Release purchase orders according to the supply plan and follow up on confirmations.
  • Support NPI activities through the PIPO process.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure on‑time deliveries.
  • Monitor supply chain performance and resolve fulfillment issues.
  • Identify process improvements and drive cost‑saving initiatives.
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction through effective issue management.

We're currently looking for a Finished Goods Planner to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring product availability, optimizing inventory levels, and driving supply chain excellence across our international network.

What you'll do
  • Ensure product availability across the assigned portfolio
  • Manage inventory replenishment processes and maintain optimal stock levels
  • Maintain planning master data and planning parameters in line with company guidelines
  • Create and manage intake plans across the planning horizon
  • Release purchase orders according to the supply plan and follow up on supplier confirmations
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities through the PIPO process
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external suppliers to ensure on‑time deliveries
  • Monitor supply chain performance and proactively resolve fulfillment issues
  • Analyze inventory quality and availability outlook, escalating risks when needed
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and drive cost‑saving initiatives
  • Support operational excellence by improving replenishment efficiency and planning accuracy
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction through effective issue management and continuous improvement
What you’ll bring
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business, or a related field
  • Ideally 3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, logistics, or a similar area
  • Strong knowledge of planning tools such as SAP R/3, IBP, APO or equivalent systems
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Nice to have: APICS certification or other relevant supply chain certifications
  • Experience working in an international and matrix organization
