Signify is seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to lead strategic relationships with key residential accounts, architects, and designers, driving growth in smart home and high-end projects. You will expand market coverage, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with product and marketing teams.

Job Summary

As a Key Account Manager You will manage strategic relationships with key accounts — including high residential & architects segment to drive new business growth in currently underpenetrated market areas. The role will focus on developing opportunities in Smart Home and High Residential projects, building relationships with architects, designers, and key stakeholders, and expanding market coverage to accelerate revenue growth with Lighting Specialists. You will play a key role in driving our growth pillar to strengthen presence in high-end market segments and address new sales channels.

Key Areas of Responsibility
  • Develops and maintains strong, trust-based relationships with key consumer accounts across high residential and lighting specialists, architects and designers.
  • Achieves sales, revenue, and profitability targets for assigned accounts.
  • Negotiates contracts and terms of agreements to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Unlocks additional account value by improving distribution terms, securing strategic agreements, and increasing share of wallet within each customer.
  • Maintains an in-depth understanding of the customer strategy and defines an account strategy that drives profitable high growth opportunities for Signify as well as operationally managing the execution.
  • Collaborates with product development and marketing teams to tailor offerings and drives continuous improvement initiatives by gathering client feedback and implementing solutions.
  • Monitors performance, competition, market trends, tracking and analyzing sales (sell in - sell out) performance, including sales metrics, customer satisfaction, and other relevant KPIs.
  • Manages accuracy of forecast and prepares detailed reports to inform decision-making.
  • Takes ownership of continuous learning and development, staying current on emerging consumer trends, digital commerce tools, and sales excellence practices to maximize channel performance.
  • Leads or contributes to category management discussions to position Signify as a preferred partner and innovation leader at point of sale.
  • Unlocks new business opportunities by building and leveraging solid network of contacts within consumer market.
  • Effectively manages complex dynamics within the cross-functional customer team & Signify partners.
  • Develops and executes locally the global account strategy and agreements reached between Signify and customer at international level.
Critical Experiences
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is required to provide foundational knowledge for strategic account management and customer relationship building.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management or sales roles within the consumer sector, demonstrating proven success in managing complex accounts and driving profitable growth.
  • Professional experience developing thriving, long-term relationships within the architects, designers, high residential lighting specialists.
  • Polish native, very good English skills.
