Job summary

Johnson Electric Group in Poland (Będzin) is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to drive process improvements and lean transformations. You will prepare documentation, optimize processes, and support tooling development while collaborating with international teams to deliver operational excellence.

The role requires a engineering degree with at least two years of relevant experience, plus knowledge of PFMEA/PPAP and ISO standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a similar or related position.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001/14001/45001 and IATF 16949.
  • Experience with APQP, PPAP, MSA, PFMEA.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain process documentation (work instructions, control plans, PFMEA, BOMs).
  • Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Develop and improve production tooling and equipment; support prototypes.
  • Promote Kaizen (6S, SSP, ergonomics, standardization, visual management).
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications; analyze data; troubleshoot issues.
