Dover Imaging & Identification (DII) is hiring a Process Engineer to drive manufacturing process deployment and NPI industrialization. You will define production processes, create instructions and BOMs, and collaborate with global contract manufacturers to ensure robust and repeatable operations.

Requirements include an engineering degree with 5+ years in a technical industry, experience in PFMEA/ SPC, CAD tools (Inventor/Creo), and proficiency in English and Polish.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with minimum 5 years in process engineering.
• Proven development of manufacturing processes and project management skills.
• Experience with PFMEA, SPC, and DOE methods.
• Knowledge of CAD tools (Inventor/Creo) and quality systems.
• Strong English and Polish language skills; willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement Manufacturing instructions, BOM, tooling and Poke Yoke for existing products.
• Lead or contribute to manufacturing projects ensuring robust, efficient and documented processes.
• Define production processes for new products aligning with R&D requirements.
• Define and deploy SPC in relation to product and process needs.
• Collaborate with contract manufacturers globally to support operations.
• Perform PFMEA and implement a Control Plan for production lines.
• Root cause analysis and corrective actions, supporting service centers.
• Support cross-site manufacturing, field service and repair activities.
