Job summary

Johnson Electric Poland Sp.z o.o. is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to drive lean improvements and optimize production performance. You will develop process documentation, control plans and PFMEA, while collaborating with international teams to ensure quality and efficiency.

The role requires hands-on experience with Lean tools, ability to read drawings, and strong English communication. You will lead Kaizen initiatives and support tooling development in a global manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) preferred.
• Minimum two years in a similar role with Lean manufacturing exposure.
• Solid knowledge of SMED, 6S and TPM principles and tools.
• Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, MSA, PFMEA methodologies.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Good command of English for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain process documentation including work instructions and PFMEA.
• Optimize manufacturing processes to boost efficiency and performance.
• Develop and improve production tooling and equipment.
• Lead Kaizen initiatives and visual management in production.
• Analyze process data, resolve technical issues, support quality improvements.
• Supervise trials after changes and document results, support prototyping.
• Train employees on new and existing processes and ensure compliance with standards.
