Job summary

Dover Imaging & Identification (DII) seeks a Process Engineer for a hybrid role in Poland. You will deploy site manufacturing processes and industrialize new products, defining production processes and leading projects to ensure robust, repeatable operations.

Responsibilities include creating manufacturing instructions, BOMs, tooling, and PFMEA, while collaborating with contract manufacturers globally and supporting NPI and product changes. Proficiency in CAD and analytics is required.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree and 5+ years in process engineering in technical industry.
• Proven development of manufacturing processes.
• Project management skills.
• Operational knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics and electronics.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, DFM/DFA, PFMEA, SPC, DOE.
• CAD proficiency: Inventor and Creo.
• Knowledge of WindChill, JIRA and SAP is a plus.
• Fluent English and Polish; willingness to travel internationally (5%).
