U.S. Bank’s Elavon is seeking a Key Customer Support Specialist to deliver outstanding service to premium airline customers across Asia, leveraging Mandarin and English language skills.

You will be the main contact via phone, email and digital channels, resolving inquiries and guiding customers through products and tools. This role requires flexibility across time zones and collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of customer service experience.
• Fluent verbal and written Mandarin and English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Act as main point of contact for premium airline customers via phone, email and digital channels.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Resolve issues by understanding needs and providing effective solutions.
