Job summary

Relativity is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead the Structured Storage Platform within our Infrastructure team. You will own the roadmap, define success metrics, and partner with engineering to deliver scalable, cost-efficient storage for RelativityOne’s cloud-native SaaS.

The role requires a strong technical foundation, customer-centric mindset, and excellent communication, with experience guiding Product Owners and coordinating across product, engineering, and partner teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management building and delivering custom software.
• 1+ years of experience inspiring, managing, and coaching Product Owners as direct reports.
• Demonstrated strong execution skills with multiple initiatives and priorities.
• Detail-oriented while maintaining focus on strategic objectives and long-term outcomes.
• Excellent communicator and presenter with strong written and verbal skills.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, Engineering, Design, or comparable practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and backlog for Structured Storage.
• Collaborate with Product Leads to build strategy and goals for their product(s).
• Track and report on key product metrics relevant to your domain.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication to align stakeholders on priorities and outcomes across infrastructure domains.
• Work closely with Engineering to ensure scalability, reliability, usability, observability, efficiency, and performance standards.
• Communicate technical implications to engineering teams and make informed product decisions.
• Break down complex projects into iterative releases with measurable milestones for performance and scalability.
• Address dependencies across teams and develop customer-facing documentation and release notes.
• Align go-to-market strategies for new infrastructure capabilities and ensure smooth rollouts to customers.
