As a Manager’s Assistant, you’ll provide high-quality administrative support to several Bain senior leaders and, where needed, to their broader teams. This is a high-impact, fast-paced role suited for someone who thrives on building trusted relationships, staying highly organized, and making things happen behind the scenes. You’ll build strong relationships and ensure seamless calendar, travel, and workflow coordination - all within a hybrid working model.
This role is based in GBS Warsaw and follows a hybrid working model, with a minimum expectation of two days per week in the office. Working model details will be confirmed as part of the recruiting process.
