Job summary

Schaeffler is seeking a Logistics Technician to help coordinate with external service providers, maintain complex logistics systems, and ensure high system availability at our Central Logistics Center in Sieroniowice, Poland.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Coordination with external service providers in the event of faults in a highly complex logistics system.
• Maintenance and repair of complex logistics systems.
• Independent maintenance of equipment.
• Ensuring high system availability.
• Support in optimizations and implementation of new technologies in the area of Logistics Technology.
• Failure analysis.
• Compliance with the requirements of the management manual.
• Implementation of a continuous improvement process within own area.

Your Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Previous experience in a similar position.
• Strong teamwork skills, reliability, and an independent work style.
• A strong can‑do approach with solution‑oriented mindset.
• Experience with SAP or comparable ERP is advantageous.
• Good communication skills and a strong sense of quality.
• Very good command of the Polish language (min. B2 level).
• Knowledge of English is a plus.
