Job summary
Gestamp is seeking a technically strong maintenance supervisor to lead a cross-functional team and oversee maintenance projects. You will diagnose failures, plan repairs, and drive energy efficiency initiatives across the plant.
The role requires a technical degree and hands-on experience with automation, hydraulics, pneumatics, and robotics, plus valid electrical and energy qualifications. You will manage budgets and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Higher education in a technical field.
- Knowledge of automation, power hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics, and industrial robotics.
- Ability to diagnose and repair electrical and industrial automation equipment.
- Valid SEP electrical qualifications (up to 1kV and above 1kV) for operation and supervision.
- Valid G2 and G3 energy qualifications for operation and supervision.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate team efforts across departments.
- Manage team performance reviews and training needs.
- Systematically analyze equipment faults and propose repairs.
- Develop preventive and corrective maintenance strategies and set priorities.
- Compile, modify, and archive technical documentation.
- Lead energy efficiency projects and new equipment investments.
- Analyze and report KPIs; ensure ISO/IATF and OHS compliance.
- Prepare annual budget for overhauls and investments.
- Lead cost-optimization and new investment projects.
