Job summary

Upsaily.b2b is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support e‑commerce initiatives on Adobe Commerce / Magento 2. The role allows Remote / Wrocław / Kraków work as part of a cross‑functional delivery team with strong emphasis on requirements definition and API integrations.

You will identify client needs, model processes with UML/BPMN, and collaborate with developers and sales teams. Proficiency with Jira/Confluence and fluent English are required for successful client engagements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst in e‑commerce
• Familiarity with Adobe Commerce / Magento 2 Open Source platforms
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Ability to clearly define project requirements (DoD, DoR, acceptance criteria)
• Skilled in analyzing and modeling business processes (UML, BPMN)
• Experience supporting sales processes from a business perspective
• Knowledge of integrations with systems such as PIM, ERP, and payment providers
• Self‑reliant, well‑organized, able to collaborate with developers
• Proficient with Jira and Confluence
• Fluent English in client-facing contexts

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze clients’ business needs
• Select best solutions aligned with business expectations
• Collaborate closely with the delivery team throughout the project lifecycle
• Support the development team in understanding client requirements
