Core Talent Recruitment is seeking a Machine & Assembly Operator for a long-standing data centre manufacturing partner near Warsaw. On-site, you will operate roll-forming and semi-automatic welding equipment, perform quality inspections, and handle materials to support fabrication and assembly of strut systems and MEP modules.

Our client is very well established in the Data Centre space, in the US & Europe markets – they have joined forces with another very well-known client and invested in a manufacturing centre in Poland. In this space, all manufacturing for the Data Centres will take place, the Machines used will be laser CNC and more.

The Machine & Assembly Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of production equipment, supporting the fabrication and assembly of strut systems and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) module components. The role involves operating roll-forming and semi-automated welding machinery, carrying out quality inspections, handling materials, and supporting overall manufacturing operations.
Working closely with Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and QHSE teams, this position ensures that all products are manufactured to specification, delivered on time, and aligned with safety and continuous improvement standards.
