Job summary

Core Talent Recruitment is seeking a Machine & Assembly Operator for a long-standing data centre manufacturing partner near Warsaw. On-site, you will operate roll-forming and semi-automatic welding equipment, perform quality inspections, and handle materials to support fabrication and assembly of strut systems and MEP modules.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Ability to read and interpret basic engineering drawings and assembly instructions.
• Experience with fabrication/assembly processes and inspection methods.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and basic IT tasks.
• Willingness to obtain forklift or crane certifications if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated strut roll-forming equipment per schedules.
• Perform in-process quality checks for dimensions and visual standards.
• Operate semi-automatic welding equipment and maintain quality targets.
• Fabricate strut components and assemble MEP module parts.
• Move materials using cranes and forklifts and prepare products for shipment.
