Klingenburg International Sp. z o.o. seeks an HVAC Design & Process Engineer/Constructor-Technologist to prepare drawing, technological, and BOM documentation for standard and non-standard HVAC products. You will work with Sales and Production to support design, cost estimation, and data integrity across the lifecycle.

The role emphasizes ISO 9001:2015 compliance, cross-team collaboration, and proficiency in CAD/CAM tools, notably SolidWorks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in preparing drawing, technological, and BOM documentation for HVAC or industrial products.
• Knowledge of machine programming (cutting, bending) and cost estimation.
• Experience collaborating with Sales and Production teams to support development and processes.
• Ability to implement ISO 9001:2015 and company quality policy.

Job description

The HVAC Design & Process Engineer / Constructor-Technologist is responsible for preparing drawing, technological, and BOM documentation for both standard and non-standard HVAC products.

This role works closely with the Sales and Production departments, supporting product design, technological processes, cost estimation, and ensuring data accuracy and product configuration integrity across the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare drawing, technological, and BOM documentation for standard and non-standard HVAC products.
• Support programming of machines for cutting and bending (metal parts).
• Estimate costs of parts and products.
• Provide technical support for Production and Sales departments.
• Carry out tasks in accordance with the company’s quality policy and ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Technical Support teams to ensure correctness and completeness of product documentation.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• Postgraduate studies in Project Management, Manufacturing Technologies, or CAD/CAM will be an advantage (Solid Works- preferable).
• 5+ years of experience in preparing drawing, technological, and BOM documentation for standard and non-standard HVAC or industrial products.
• Knowledge of machine programming (cutting, bending) and cost estimation.
• Experience working with Sales and Production teams to support product development and technical processes.
• Ability to implement tasks according to ISO 9001:2015 and company quality policy.
• Strong knowledge of metal parts design and technical documentation.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM tools, particularly SolidWorks
• Analytical skills for cost and process evaluation.
• Strong communication and cross-department collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage complex product documentation.
