Job summary

RSB Automotive Consulting is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to support the launch and scaling of production lines in a new facility in Lublin, on-site. You will connect manufacturing processes, equipment and MES solutions to ensure efficient operations and full traceability.

You will collaborate with internal teams, technology providers and external partners throughout the implementation, testing MES functions, and ensuring data flows meet production needs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering or manufacturing digitalisation.
• Hands-on experience with MES deployment and production systems.
• Strong understanding of production processes and shop-floor operations.
• Ability to coordinate multiple topics in multidisciplinary teams.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and expansion of MES solutions across the production environment.
• Gather, specify and verify manufacturing requirements related to machines and shop-floor processes.
• Integrate production equipment and manufacturing systems with MES platforms.
• Coordinate implementation activities involving Production, Quality, Maintenance, IT and external partners.
• Test MES functions, interfaces and data flows, investigate issues and support their resolution.
• Analyse machine performance and production data to identify technical issues and improvement opportunities.
• Initiate corrective measures and contribute to continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain project documentation and follow up on implementation milestones and open actions.
• Support employee training and help prepare production teams for the operational use of newly implemented solutions.

At RSB Automotive Consulting, we are looking for an experienced Industrial Engineer to support the launch and further development of production lines in a new manufacturing facility.

In this role, you will connect manufacturing processes, production equipment and MES solutions to ensure efficient operations and full production traceability. You will work closely with internal departments, technology providers and external integration partners throughout the implementation process.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or manufacturing digitalisation.
• Practical experience with MES implementation, production system deployment or process digitalisation projects.
• Good understanding of production processes, manufacturing flows and shop-floor operations.
• Hands-on approach and willingness to work directly with production systems and equipment.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary project teams.
• Ability to interpret production data and translate findings into practical improvements.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently coordinate several implementation topics at the same time.
• Good command of English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of production traceability, product genealogy, performance monitoring and manufacturing data management.
• Experience with ERP-MES integration and communication between MES and shop-floor systems.
• Practical knowledge of connecting production machinery and equipment.
• Familiarity with manufacturing databases and basic data analysis.
• Understanding of REST APIs, SOAP or other web-service technologies.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methods.
• Experience coordinating system integrators, machinery suppliers or other external partners.
• Previous exposure to electronics manufacturing would be beneficial but is not required.
