Job summary

Fujitsu is seeking an experienced MS Exchange Engineer to join our Remote Infrastructure Department in Poland. You will provide responsive support and maintenance for enterprise messaging environments based on Exchange Online, on-premises Exchange, and related Microsoft 365 services.

You will work with PowerShell automation, manage Microsoft Entra ID, MFA, CA, and ITIL practices, collaborating with global teams to ensure high availability and quality service for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Microsoft Exchange environments (Exchange Online and on-premises).
• Strong PowerShell skills and ability to modify scripts.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Understanding of identity and access concepts (MFA, SSO, Conditional Access).
• Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
• Ability to prioritise work in dynamic environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Keen to learn new technologies and improve services.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices is a plus.

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Viva Engage.
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) including SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access.
• Maintain and support hybrid and on-premises Exchange environments.
• Handle service requests, changes, and platform improvements.
• Troubleshoot incidents and resolve issues within agreed SLAs.
• Investigate issues and deliver effective enterprise-level solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and services.

About the job

As a MS Exchange Engineer you will join team of engineers that are supporting multiple clients. You will be providing responsive, professional and competent technical support and maintenance for the enterprise messaging environments based on a variety of products such as M365, Azure components and on-premises software. You will have a chance to work on the most up-to-date technologies and develop yourself further in the Remote Infrastructure Department.

Who are we looking for?

• Experience supporting Microsoft Exchange (Exchange Online and/or on-premises environments).


• Working knowledge of PowerShell and the ability to understand and modify scripts.


• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.


• Experience with Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.


• Understanding of modern identity and access management concepts, including MFA, SSO, and Conditional Access.


• Customer-focused mindset with excellent relationship-building skills.


• Ability to prioritise work effectively in dynamic environment.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with ITIL practices and IT service management tools is added advantage.
