Job summary

your Jared seeks a Senior Office 365 Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of Microsoft 365 services across Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Exchange Online. You will handle tenant administration, security configurations, and lifecycle processes.

The role supports hybrid work from Poland with a 3-day office/week schedule, mentoring teammates and driving improvements across messaging, collaboration, and identity platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience administering Office 365 and Azure services.
• Experience with cloud platforms and security controls across M365/Azure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical implementation and management of Office 365 services (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online).
• Provide Tier 3 support for the Microsoft 365 environment.
• Design secure Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions aligned to compliance needs.
• Mentor team members and participate in architecture reviews.
• Triage escalated issues across messaging, collaboration, and identity.
• Collaborate with security, application, and infrastructure teams.
