Job summary

PPG in Wrocław is seeking a Logistics Sourcing Specialist to drive sourcing initiatives in a dynamic international environment. You will support the EMEA Transport Category Buyer, coordinate end-to-end tender processes, and collaborate with logistics providers to ensure smooth execution.

The role requires 3–5 years in logistics/sourcing, fluent English, and advanced Excel skills. The work model is in-office Monday-Thursday with a flexible Friday, with potential remote Fridays.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in transportation logistics, sourcing, procurement, and/or supply chain operations.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required; additional European languages are a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivots, data import/manipulation).
• Experience supporting tendering, bidding, or supplier management is an advantage.

Logistics Sourcing Specialist

Work Model: Monday -Thursday in the office, with flexible Friday

In This Role, You Will

• Support the EMEA Transport Category Buyer in daily sourcing and procurement activities.
• Coordinate and manage end-to-end operational logistics tender processes.

What We Are Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience in transportation logistics, sourcing, procurement, and/or supply chain operations.
• Good understanding of logistics networks, transportation services, and supply chain processes.
• Experience supporting tendering, bidding, or supplier management activities is an advantage.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required, as approximately 90% of communication and tools are in English. Additional European languages are considered a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data import/manipulation.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, including rules and Quick Steps.
• Good command of Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with databases, reporting tools, or procurement systems is an advantage.
