Job summary

MAHLE is seeking an IT professional in Wrocław to strengthen our Intra Logistics and Warehousing domain. You will help design and implement global SAP S/4HANA templates, focusing on warehousing processes (WM/EWM) and seamless integration with logistics.

This role offers collaboration across teams, exposure to leading SAP solutions, and opportunities to influence standard processes. We value a degree in computer science, strong SAP knowledge, and English fluency.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed degree in the field of computer science or comparable course of study.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP business processes, customizing and development options with focus on warehousing processes (WM/EWM).
• Experience in other SAP areas (mainly Inbound, Outbound, Production) to implement best integration options.
• Knowledge of the SAP development tools and concepts relevant for warehousing (Knowledge of EWM frameworks like RF, Monitoring).
• Conceptual strength to prepare successful implementations of system enhancements.
• Communication strength specifically in giving guidance to developers to ensure constant quality of the implementation.
• Think-out of the box
• Knowledge of project management and performance management (target oriented)
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure as well as excellent time management and conflict management skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English, further foreign language skills are an advantage as well as intercultural experience

Responsibilities

• Ensure stability and efficiency of business processes with focus on warehousing related topics
• Key IT member in the Intra Logistics and Warehousing Domain within the MAHLE MORE Project (Development and implementation of a global SAP S/4 – System for MAHLE)
• Design and implementation of template processes based on all aspects of architecture, engineering, development, testing, deployment and delivery.
• Assistance to service delivery in case of complex incidents (IT 3rd level support)
• Ensuring existence and timely updating of documentations for processes implemented as global template.
• Keep up-to-date with new SAP functions relevant for warehousing
• Responsible to design, realize and optimize the MAHLE Standard processes/services continuously together with the GDOs and GPOs (Global Domain Owners/ Global Process Owners on business side)
• Evaluate specific change requests from the regional deployment teams (analysis regarding impact against template), prepare final decision together with the Global Domain owners (business)
• Monitors and supports regional deployment teams
• Responsible for the further development of the global SAP S4HANA Template including preparing the retro fit teams in the regions
