Job summary

Adampol Group in Poland is seeking a Logistics Equipment Procurement Specialist to manage vehicle and equipment purchases, negotiate terms, and streamline procurement processes across Poland and international branches. The role requires experience in logistics equipment procurement and strong negotiation skills.

Fluent English (B2) and a category B driving license are preferred, with a flexible work arrangement including remote days.

Qualifications

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Logistics, or related field.
• Experience in purchasing vehicles and logistics equipment.
• Knowledge of the TSL (Transport, Freight Forwarding, and Logistics) industry.
• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
• Category B driving licence.
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and negotiation skills.

Logistics Equipment Procurement Specialist

Adampol Group is one of the largest finished vehicle logistics providers in Europe. We are looking for a professional who will support us in the strategic management of logistics equipment procurement and the optimization of purchasing processes across Poland and our international branches.

What will you do?

• Manage the procurement of trucks, trailers, and other logistics equipment.
• Negotiate commercial terms and develop relationships with suppliers.
• Optimize and standardize procurement processes across the Adampol Group.
• Oversee the sale, disposal, and scrapping of company assets.
• Cooperate with teams in Poland and international branches in the areas of procurement and asset management.
