limango Polska Sp. z o.o. in Wroclaw is seeking a Logistics Services Specialist to join our team and coordinate with global customer service and external carriers, focusing on the end consumer.

You will analyze processes and optimize the supply chain to improve delivery performance. You will also handle invoicing and carrier costs, organize extra shipments in the B2C segment, and supervise daily warehouse and outbound carrier activities while addressing delays and last-mile issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, logistics, or warehousing is a plus.
• Strong numerical abilities and mental arithmetic.
• German language proficiency at B2/C1 level (spoken and written).
• Occasional travel to Munich or within Poland.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal and external logistics partners.
• Analyze and optimize the supply chain with a focus on end customers.
• Invoicing and controlling carrier costs/credit notes.
• Organize additional shipments in the B2C segment.
• Oversee daily control of the external warehouse and outbound carrier chain.
• Clarify delays and handle outbound/last-mile complaints.
