limango is seeking a logistics-minded professional to join our team in Wroclaw, Poland, working in a hybrid or remote setup. You will coordinate with our global customer service and external carriers to optimize the supply chain and manage costs for B2C shipments.

The role emphasizes process analysis, invoicing, and daily oversight of warehouse and carrier operations, including handling delays and complaints in outbound shipping. Proficiency in German is essential, with English a plus.

Qualifications

• Initial work experience in customer service, logistics/supply chain management or warehousing would be a bonus.
• Good knowledge of numbers – mental arithmetic is no problem for you.
• Very good knowledge of German (B2/C1) (spoken and written).
• Occasional traveling to Munich or internally in Poland is not a problem for you.

Responsibilities

• Cooperation with internal (global) customer service and external carriers in logistics matters and you will be a logistic services specialist.
• Analyzing existing processes and optimizing the supply chain with a total focus on end consumers.
• Invoicing and controlling the carrier costs/credit notes as part of your tasks.
• Organizing additional shipments and transports in the B2C segment.
• Daily control of our external warehouse and the whole carrier supply chain in the outbound section.
• Clarifying delays and complaints in the areas of outbound and last-mile shipping.

YOUR ROLE AND MAIN TASKS

• Cooperation with the internal (global) department customer service and with external carriers in logistics matters – You will be a logistic services specialist

• Invoicing and controlling the carrier costs/credit notes are also one of your tasks
• Organizing additional shipments and transports in the B2C segment
• Being involved in the daily control of our external warehouse and the whole carrier supply chain in the outbound section – no parcel will leave our warehouse without your coordination
• Clarifying delays and complaints in the areas of outbound and last-mile shipping completes your field of responsibility
