Job summary

AUTODOC is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to enhance ERP-related analytics and data-driven decisions for warehouse operations. You will collaborate with Developers and Product Owners to ensure data systems meet operational needs and support strategic decisions.

The role focuses on automating ERP processes, managing data quality, and delivering reports and KPIs for logistics. English and Polish language proficiency are required, with opportunities for growth in a rapidly expanding European company.

Qualifications

Advanced SQL and DAX skills used in ERP and BI contexts.
Strong Power BI capabilities with data modelling and visualization experience.
Proficiency in Python and/or R for data analysis and scripting.

Responsibilities

Automate ERP and warehouse processes in collaboration with Developers and Product Owners.
Source, manage, and validate data from ERP and other sources including master data.
Prepare reports, analyses, and KPIs to support logistics and decision-making.
Troubleshoot reporting and database issues; train end users on new reports and dashboards.
Support warehouse management and coordinate tasks using JIRA/Confluence across Poland and abroad.
