Job summary
AUTODOC is seeking a Process Engineer – Logistics & Automation to strengthen our Logistics Engineering team. You will design and optimize warehouse processes, translate requirements into layouts, and drive automation projects from concept to implementation.
You will collaborate with Operations, Planning and IT to ensure seamless integration, while maintaining strict health and safety standards. Fluent English and Polish are required.
Qualifications
- Degree in Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
- At least 3 years hands-on experience in logistics, industrial, or systems engineering.
- Experience with warehouse or intralogistics projects preferred.
- Strong English and Polish language proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate existing logistics processes to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare layouts, material-flow logic, and capacity models for projects and daily operations.
- Collaborate with Operations to review workflows and integrate new processes.
- Champion rollout of WMS, automation technologies, and equipment.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for scalability.
- Conduct capacity, throughput, and space-utilization analyses.
- Partner with Operations, Planning, Purchasing, IT and suppliers to align solutions.
