AUTODOC Group is seeking a Process Engineer to design and optimize warehouse logistics across its European network. You will transform defined tasks from Operations, Supply Chain Excellence, and Capacity Planning into measurable, on-floor improvements with a focus on intralogistics, automation, and continuous improvement.

Job Description

Are you ready to design the future of our warehouse operations? We are looking for a highly analytical and hands‑on Process Engineer to join our Logistics Engineering department.

This isn't just about drawing theoretical concepts on a whiteboard. Our team acts as an operational unit. Meaning you will take fully defined tasks from Operations, Supply Chain Excellence, and Capacity Planning, and turn them into functional, measurable reality on the warehouse floor. Design & Optimize Logistics Processes

Evaluate existing logistics processes across our warehouse and distribution network to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.

Prepare process assumptions, warehouse layouts, material‑flow logic, and capacity models for both new projects and daily operational initiatives.

Work side‑by‑side with Operations to review existing workflows, support standardization, and ensure smooth integration of new processes into daily operations.

Propose and champion the rollout of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), new automation technologies, and advanced warehouse equipment.

Participate in supplier evaluations and assist in selecting and procuring the right technical infrastructure and automation solutions for the job.

Create and maintain pristine technical and engineering documentation, including equipment lists, process descriptions, and material‑flow concepts to ensure future scalability.

Conduct rigorous capacity, throughput, and space‑utilization analyses. Translate operational performance data into clear trends, risk assessments, and actionable optimization opportunities.

Build strong partnerships with Operations, Planning, Purchasing, IT, and external suppliers to ensure all logistics solutions align with company objectives.

Ensure that every process designed and implemented strictly complies with health, safety, and operational regulations, actively promoting a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

We need a technical problem‑solver who understands complex logistics systems but is entirely comfortable communicating those concepts to operational teams and stakeholders across the business.

A degree in Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.

At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in logistics, industrial, or systems engineering. Experience with warehouse or intralogistics projects is highly preferred.

Strong working knowledge of automation systems and equipment used in modern logistics, distribution, or high‑volume e‑commerce environments.

Proven ability to manage improvement projects from concept to completion while coordinating tasks across cross‑functional teams.

Advanced analytical skills with the ability to dive deep into operational data to evaluate performance and uncover improvement opportunities.

Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of translating complex engineering scenarios into clear insights for diverse stakeholders.

Advanced proficiency in English and Polish is required.
