Job summary

ZF Group in Poland is seeking a Logistics Analyst to drive supply chain efficiency in ADAS & HPC. You will identify shortages, prepare BI reports, and coordinate supplier and carrier activities to mitigate risk and ensure material availability.

The role requires a degree in a related field with several years in production planning, purchasing or SCM, plus SAP experience and English fluency. An APICS certification is a plus and automotive background is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least four years of experience in production, supplier planning or purchasing/supply chain management.
• Automotive industry experience is preferred.
• Experience using SAP.
• APICS certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential shortages and create reports.
• Compile supplier commitment and shipment updates within a tracker.
• Calculate plant usage and customer run-out dates.
• Lead customer meetings related to material shortages and allocate material for various customers.
• Escalate shortages and mitigate supply chain risk; analyze supplier capacity.
• Prepare Power BI reports and create IT tools in Power Apps.
• Address inbound/outbound carrier issues and ensure timely delivery.
• Expedite shortages and provide purchasing support.
• Balance stock on-hand between plants during shortages.
• Initiate ECR for alternate materials and source from brokers or distribution.
