Job summary

ZF Group is seeking a Senior SAP Data & Analytics Architect to design and deliver SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Datasphere-based BI solutions. You will work with global teams to gather requirements, define architectures, and implement scalable data models and reporting capabilities.

The role requires expert ABAP/SQL skills, MS Excel-based front-end tooling, and a strong background in data warehousing. Hybrid work across Poland offices is available, with a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• 8 to 10+ years of relevant SAP BW development and consulting experience.
• Expertise in SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, and front-end tools such as SAC and AFO.
• Enterprise data modelling and data warehousing concepts with large datasets.
• Strong development skills in ABAP, SQL, AMDP, and SAP HANA technologies.
• Solid project management knowledge and stakeholder coordination.

The Logistics Analytics & AI team is responsible for delivering next-generation data, analytics, and AI capabilities that power smarter logistics operations worldwide. Leveraging SAP, Microsoft, and emerging AI technologies, the team builds scalable platforms and innovative use cases such as supply chain control towers, digital twins, predictive analytics, and automation solutions. What you can look forward to as Senior SAP Data & Analytics Architect (m/f/d):

• Design, implementation, and rollout of Corporate IT applications in a modern SAP BI environment (including SAP BDC);
• Direct coordination with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution concepts, and independently deliver high quality solutions;
• Creation and maintenance of solution architectures, data models, technical specifications, and project documentation;
• Development, enhancement, and support of SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Datasphere solutions, including data extraction, transformation, and integration processes;
• Performance optimization, system monitoring, maintenance, and continuous improvement of existing SAP BW applications;
• Development and support of reporting and analytics solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Analysis for Office (AFO), Power BI, and related BI technologies;
• Collaboration with cross functional and international teams to deliver data driven business solutions;
• Contribution to project planning, stakeholder management, effort estimation, and successful project execution.

Your profile as Senior SAP Data & Analytics Architect (m/f/d):

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field;
• 8 to 10+ years of relevant experience in SAP Business Warehouse development and consulting;
• Strong expertise in SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, and front-end tools such as SAC and AFO;
• Expertise in enterprise data modelling and data warehousing concepts, especially with large and complex datasets;
• Strong development skills in ABAP, SQL, AMDP, and SAP HANA technologies;
• Sound project management knowledge with experience in managing project deliverables and coordinating stakeholders;
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to structure and simplify complex business requirements;
• Customer oriented mindset, flexibility, enthusiasm, and a strong team spirit.
