Job summary

ZF Group in Poland is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Intern to join our global Planning Team. You will support allocation reporting, materials shortage management, and analysis of supply chain data to drive informed decisions.

This fixed-term, hybrid internship offers hands-on experience across inbound, outbound, freight, and planning operations, plus documentation and training material creation, with collaboration across international colleagues.

Qualifications

• Very good written and spoken English.
• Desirable good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support allocation reporting for ZF Electronics plants worldwide.
• Support in activities related to materials shortage management.
• Analyze supply chain reports and provide insights for decision-making.
• Help map and improve business processes across Supply Chain functions.
• Create process documentation and training materials.
• Collaborate with teams across inbound, outbound, freight, and planning operations.
• Support digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Students or recent graduates in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Very good written and spoken English skills.
• Desirable good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Open-minded, eager to learn, and comfortable working in an international environment.
• Communicative and confident when collaborating with different teams and stakeholders.
• Proactive, organized, and willing to take initiative.
