Job summary

ZF Group in Częstochowa seeks a Hardware Engineer (f/m/d) focused on analog and power supply modules for high performance computing. You will design, test, and validate analog circuits and switched‑mode power supplies used in automotive HPC applications.

The role requires at least 4 years in automotive development and strong knowledge of analog design, EMC and signal integrity. German language is a plus; English required; hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or Automation Technology (Bachelor’s / Master’s).
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in automotive development or a comparable environment.
• In-depth knowledge of analog circuit design and switched‑mode power supply architectures.
• Knowledge of manufacturing complex electronic assemblies and related quality requirements – nice to have.
• Experience with the tools Codebeamer, Mentor Xpedition, MathCAD Prime, and SPICE simulation.
• Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken. German is nice to have.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Testing and characterization of digital circuits with regard to mass production.
• Performing tolerance analyses in accordance with automotive requirements.

• Preparation and maintenance of documentation in compliance with automotive engineering requirements.
• Documentation of circuit architecture and execution of design reviews.
• Market monitoring for new products and suppliers, component selection.
• Technical support for sourcing activities and component introductions.
