MAHLE in Wrocław, Poland, seeks an experienced indirect procurement professional to lead RFQs, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost reductions across indirect categories. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams on regional and global sourcing initiatives, ensuring supplier performance and continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates bring strong negotiation, communication skills, and willingness to travel, with an English-centric profile and a university degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Experience in indirect procurement or purchasing.
• Sourcing experience in Freight & Logistics, Material Handling Equipment, Consulting Services, Machine Spare Parts, or Packaging.
• Advanced English language skills (Polish is an advantage).
• SAP knowledge, Ariba would be an additional advantage.
• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and new solutions.
• Willingness to travel.
