Job summary

TechTree is launching in Kraków and seeking Sales Specialists to guide SME borrowers through the loan journey, from qualification to settlement. You will handle high-volume calls and present tailored lending solutions with a customer-first approach.

Fluency in Polish and English is required, with 2–3 years in financial services sales. You’ll build a growing pipeline, collaborate with Credit Teams, and convert interest into funded loans, with uncapped commission.

The role

Our Sales Specialists are integral to our success and are at the forefront of our customer engagement. Each Sales Specialist is responsible for guiding small business customers through their SME Business Loan journey, from understanding their needs, to supporting them throughout the application, approval, and settlement process.

You will play a critical role in delivering outstanding customer service while achieving strong sales results. With excellent communication skills in Polish and English, you will ensure that every customer interaction is professional, supportive, and solution-oriented.

What you'll do

Conduct high volume inbound and outbound phone calls with potential and existing customers.

Contact pre-qualified customers to identify their funding needs and present tailored solutions.

Support customers through the loan application process, ensuring all required documentation is obtained and submitted to the Credit Team.

Present loan offers, explain terms clearly, and support smooth settlements.

Manage a growing sales pipeline with accuracy, organisation, and timeliness.

Provide an outstanding customer experience that encourages repeat business and referrals.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless process from application through to funding.

What you bring

Fluency in Polish and English (both required)

2-3 years' experience in financial services in a sales role (e.g. lending, banking, insurance, or related).

Strong communication, rapport-building, and negotiation skills.

Confident and positive manner, especially over the phone.

High levels of motivation, resilience, and a proactive approach.

Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Results-driven mindset with a strong work ethic.

Full-time.

Compensation: 90,000 - 216,000 PLN gross per year, plus uncapped commission (20-50%+ of loan origination volume).
