Job summary

TechTree is launching in Kraków and seeking Sales Specialists to guide SME borrowers through the loan journey, from qualification to settlement. You will handle high-volume calls and present tailored lending solutions with a customer-first approach.

Fluency in Polish and English is required, with 2–3 years in financial services sales. You’ll build a growing pipeline, collaborate with Credit Teams, and convert interest into funded loans, with uncapped commission.

• 2–3 years' experience in financial services sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident, proactive, and resilient on calls.
• Organised with ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high volume inbound and outbound calls with potential and existing customers.
• Contact pre-qualified customers to identify funding needs and present tailored solutions.
• Support customers through the loan application process and ensure documentation is submitted.
• Present loan offers, explain terms, and support settlements.
• Manage a growing sales pipeline with accuracy, organisation, and timeliness.
• Provide outstanding customer experience that encourages repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless process from application to funding.
