Job summary

TheLearning LAB is seeking a proactive Software Support Intern in Kraków to help clients maximize our LMS after onboarding. You’ll work closely with Project Managers to answer platform questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide practical guidance.

As you grow, you’ll connect client needs with IT and Product Development, keep communication organized, and create clear client-friendly documentation. This hands-on role offers growth toward Product Management, Customer Success, or Operations.

Qualifications

• Active student with enrollment in a study program.
• Proactive, reliable, and highly organized.
• Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory.
• Comfortable communicating with clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with questions related to the LMS and learning solutions.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the LMS and become a trusted internal contact.
• Troubleshoot platform-related issues and communicate clearly with clients.
• Support Project Managers with platform-related questions, requests, tutorials, and guidance.
• Guide clients through new features and updates.
• Create and maintain clear, client-friendly documentation for new features.
