Job summary

LumApps SAS is seeking a customer-support professional to join our Kraków team. You will respond to customer requests via email and tickets, diagnose product issues, and guide users through the platform’s features to ensure a smooth experience.

Fluent French and English are required, with Python and REST API knowledge considered a strong plus. The role emphasizes empathy, organization, and collaboration within a dynamic, global product team.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (C2) and English (B2) written and spoken.
• Experience with REST API and Python is a plus.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Demonstrated empathy and team spirit in customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests accurately and diligently via email or ticket.
• Organize and conduct remote sessions to diagnose product defects.
• Identify customer needs and help users understand the platform's features.
• Prioritize and manage multiple requests in parallel.
• Escalate issues to the appropriate teams when needed.
• Maintain internal knowledge bases with issue/workaround details.
