Turn this role into an interview — a resume and cover letter built around what this employer wants.
Zohorecruit is seeking a part-time Virtual Assistant to support outreach across US time zones from the Philippines. The role focuses on executing provided workflows, booking meetings, and managing responses within our AI-assisted dashboard.
Initial hours are flexible with opportunities to increase responsibilities based on performance. Compensation includes a fixed hourly rate plus performance-based incentives tied to meetings booked for the client.
Part-time initially, with potential for increased hours/responsibilities based on performance
The VA will be responsible for using our internal AI-powered outreach system to book meetings for me and all our clients.
We provide the entire system, including the workflows, scripts, AI videos, AI audio, and campaign setup. The VA's primary responsibility is execution and meeting booking, not strategy.
We will provide the necessary tools, accounts, workflows, and training.
This incentive structure rewards productivity and aligns the VA's compensation with the primary objective of generating meetings.
Ideally, the VA will work during evening hours in the Philippines, approximately 8p.m. to 12 p.m. Philippine time, or another schedule that allows consistent daily access.
Since the platform allows messages and replies to be scheduled according to each lead's local time zone, the VA does not need to be online throughout the entire U.S. business day.
The most important requirement is to check the platform regularly, manage incoming conversations, and ensure that leads are followed up with promptly.
Daniel mentioned an additional possibility involving a female VA with an established LinkedIn profile that may potentially be used for outreach.
This is not a requirement for the position and should not be treated as a condition of employment.
If a qualified female candidate is interested and has an appropriate LinkedIn presence, this can be discussed separately with the client during the interview.
I would keep this out of the primary candidate-selection criteria and avoid making gender or personal-profile access a requirement. The core hiring criteria should remain experience, capability, communication, reliability, and fit for the role.
