Job summary

Techland S.A. in Poland invites a talented Level Artist to contribute to immersive environments in Wrocław or Warsaw. You will shape locations, create lighting, and work closely with designers, artists, and other teams to deliver high-quality layouts for action-adventure titles.

The role emphasizes collaboration, creative problem-solving, and delivering stunning visuals that support gameplay and storytelling. English fluency and a passion for games are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in level design or lighting for video games.
• At least one shipped AAA title.
• Very good command of English.
• Passion for games and knowledge of the industry.
• Ability to express ideas verbally and with quick sketches.
• Excellent teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ideas and plans for locations/levels.
• Set rough geometry of locations (terrain, buildings).
• Finish locations and cutscenes with existing meshes and decals.
• Light locations and cutscenes to enhance mood and gameplay.
• Optimize locations for performance and visuals.
• Collaborate with Level Designers, Concept Artists and other team members.
• Work with a proprietary editor and manage a big environment.
