Responsibilities include secretarial support for a lawyers’ team, document preparation, calendar management, AML-related tasks, invoicing support, and coordination with multiple internal departments. A university degree and 2–3 years of experience are preferred.

It is a strictly administrative role which does not involve any substantive legal work. It is not an entry-level position on the legal career path. Selected candidates will be asked to complete a test verifying their knowledge of the MS Office suite (specifically formatting documents in Word and a task in Excel), as well as an English language proficiency test.
