Job summary

Zurich Insurance is seeking a People Development Specialist on a temporary basis in Kraków. You will build and administer training programs, manage LMS operations, and provide reporting services to support global Talent Development initiatives.

The role requires collaboration with Compliance Academy, SMEs and IT to ensure high user experience and governance. Open to professionals with 1–2 years in learning and development and strong analytics skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in learning and development, training management or user experience.
• Experience with data reporting and analytics (intermediate level).
• Fluent in English and able to work in virtual teams.
• Proficient with Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Administer the global learning platform (CrossKnowledge).
• Build learning channels and training programs to meet goals.
• Manage training registrations, progress tracking, learner management.
• Develop content with tools like Articulate and Synthesia.
• Report on KPIs such as content utilisation and learner progression.
• Collaborate with IT and external vendors to ensure user experience.
• Develop and update governance policies.
