Zurich Insurance is seeking a People Development Specialist on a temporary basis in Kraków. You will build and administer training programs, manage LMS operations, and provide reporting services to support global Talent Development initiatives.
The role requires collaboration with Compliance Academy, SMEs and IT to ensure high user experience and governance. Open to professionals with 1–2 years in learning and development and strong analytics skills.

In this role you will be a member of the People Development Specialist (PDS) Team, which mainly supports the global network of Talent Development, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management colleagues. You will work closely with Group Compliance Academy, who support the development of specific capabilities within our organization. Your role will be to build and administer training programs, manage operational processes and provide reporting services.

In March 2016 we established a Shared Service Centre in Kraków, in Poland to support our global strategy. It is from this location that we have created a global shared service platform, focusing on advanced business functions such as financial accounting and reporting, planning and performance management, ICFR testing, financial systems management as well as HR integrated talent management operations.
This role is related to the key area of Zurich’s activity in Kraków.
