Job summary
DSV - Global Transport and Logistics in Warszawa is seeking a Group Process Owner (Data & Systems Maintenance) to drive governance, system optimization, data quality, and digital transformation across a global organization. You will partner with business and IT stakeholders to improve processes, implement automation, and ensure excellence in master data management.

Qualifications
- Experience with Data Governance solutions, preferably SAP MDG.
- Strong background in master data management and governance.
- Experience creating process documentation and governance frameworks.
- Hands-on automation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principles.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional, international stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own and improve master data processes, governance, and documentation.
- Define testing strategies and coordinate SIT/UAT activities.
- Lead release planning and go-live readiness.
- Translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Design future-state processes emphasizing automation and standardization.
- Develop data quality metrics and governance controls.
- Manage projects from initiation to closure and drive continuous improvement.
