Job summary

AUTODOC Group in Warsaw seeks an experienced Network & Capacity Planning professional to lead capacity planning, production coordination across network changes, and optimization of DOM and PPT. The role focuses on aligning inbound/outbound plans with capacity and demand.

Applicants should have 8+ years in supply chain planning, strong leadership, and proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data modeling, with excellent English communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain management with a focus on labor and capacity planning, inventory optimization, and network design.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data modeling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate capacity and production activities across network changes (e.g., warehouse launches, closures, automation rollouts), ensuring smooth operational transitions without service disruption.
• Manage and continuously improve order allocation settings (DOM), including order splitting and sales area management, to balance service levels and operational costs.
• Own and operate the Production Planning Template (PPT), integrating inbound, outbound, and fullness forecasts.
• Work closely with Operations and Fulfillment Excellence to define, monitor, and adjust inbound and outbound labor capacity.
• Maintain accurate visibility of warehouse capacity and storage utilization, and translate forecasts into actionable plans for operations and budgeting.
