Job summary

DGS Diagnostics is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead strategic Lean improvements across local and global Operations. You will drive end-to-end initiatives, engage stakeholders, and deliver measurable business impact in a regulated medical device environment.

Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality and Engineering to shape a culture of Continuous Improvement while ensuring compliance, quality, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• When applying, candidates shouldHold a Bachelor-level degree or equivalent in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or Operations.
• Proven track record delivering continuous improvement initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Experience spanning multiple functions with strong stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations projects from initiation through realization of benefits.
• Establish charters, governance, timelines, resources and risk plans.
• Drive execution aligned with business objectives and strategic priorities.
• Facilitate decision making, remove roadblocks and elevate risks when needed.
