Job summary

Demant Polska is seeking an experienced Lean practitioner to lead GMS transformation in New Product Introduction (NPI). This role involves improving processes in collaboration with teams in Poland and Denmark while promoting Lean methodologies. Candidates should have a strong background in Lean transformation, project management skills, and the ability to work independently and within teams. Education in Engineering disciplines and fluency in English are required. The position offers a full-time agreement with flexible working hours and various benefits.

It provides a common mindset and toolbox to improve people, processes, and systems, while supporting strategic goals such as process excellence, cost savings, and on‑time deliveries.

We are looking for an experienced Lean practitioner to support the New Product Introduction (NPI) leadership team by identifying and implementing improvements within NPI and its collaborating areas. In this role, you will lead GMS transformation in NPI by driving improvement initiatives, setting priorities, collaborating across teams in Poland and Denmark, and strengthening capabilities through training and engagement. The position is based in Poland, but it also requires 20–30 business travel days per year mainly to Denmark.

What tasks are waiting for you?
  • Leading GMS transformation in NPI and shaping direction as part of the leadership team;
  • Driving best practices and synergies across Development, Manufacturing, and Distribution in Poland and Denmark;
  • Planning and executing the NPI GMS strategy and roadmap with key stakeholders, ensuring strong deployment momentum;
  • Identifying improvement opportunities and driving execution, especially around product release and early production phases;
  • Challenging KPIs and strengthening performance to meet strategic goals for delivery and cost;
  • Building GMS capabilities through training and strengthening the global GMS community, while coordinating related QMS activities;
  • Coordinating QMS (Quality Management System) activities related to review and update of NPI processes and procedures.

  • Bring a good understanding of manufacturing and supply chain process optimization;
  • Have experience in project management and can lead and influence across teams in a global and cross‑functional environment;
  • Are proactive and self‑driven, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team;
  • Demonstrate strong business mindset and customer focus in your decisions;
  • Are skilled in structuring initiatives, setting clear frameworks, and building scalable ways of working;
  • Have experience in training, capability building, or driving learning initiatives across teams;
  • Have higher degree in Engineering disciplines, e.g. Manufacturing and Production Engineering Management, Electronics, or IT sciences;
  • Are fluent in English.
It would be nice if you:
  • Hold a Lean or Lean Six Sigma certification;
  • Hold a project management certification.
