Job summary

Kainos seeks a Workday PRISM & Reporting Product Lead to design and build PRISM and complex Workday reports for diverse clients. You’ll be part of a delivery team, leading reporting initiatives across industries and guiding junior team members.

You will apply expertise in PRISM, Advanced, Matrix, Trending, and Composite Reports, driving data insights and business decisions. Join a people-first culture focused on growth and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Workday Reporting and PRISM experience with strong expertise in Advanced, Matrix, Trending, and Composite Reports.
• Workday HCM or Financials certification (PRISM certification preferred).
• Experience with EIBs and data conversion.
• Broad Workday functional knowledge and ability to translate requirements into reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, testing, validation and migration of PRISM and complex Workday reports for clients.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Product Manager on product design and improvements.
• Provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices and reporting frameworks.
• Mentor junior Consultants and coordinate with other Reporting Consultants to deliver solutions.
• Maintain Workday Certifications and explore new Reporting & Analytics features.
